RICH BURNETT

Facility owners, high school and college staffs, performance directors, and people building products on athlete data all end up in the same room with me, working the same way: your system, your data, real decisions, argued out loud.

Rich Burnett · Knoxville, TN

I work for you.

I meet you where you are, whether that is a first working system or a full rebuild. No package to sell you into, just your problem, worked through with you until it is solved.

Who you are working with

Sixteen years on the floor, three platforms built to prove it

SCCC · CSCS · APCC · CAFS · M.S. Kinesiology

Rich Burnett is a CSCS, SCCC, and CAFS-certified strength and conditioning coach with an M.S. in Kinesiology. He was D1 head strength coach at Texas A&M Corpus Christi across seven sports, then Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Greater Atlanta Christian, and is now Director of Athletic Development at Triple F in Knoxville, where he leads NFL Combine training.

He is also the founder and CEO of Plyomat, a jump and force measurement ecosystem used on real training floors, and he built the Plyomat 3.0 app and the Triple F app end to end himself. He is a published researcher, including work co-authored with Jay Dawes, and a twelve time conference speaker. Every recommendation he makes in a session is checked against more than 79,000 test results from his own floor, not a textbook.

Consulting

One on one consulting, built around your problem, not a package

The work changes shape depending on where you are. Sometimes it is one working session on a system that already exists. Sometimes it is the architecture for something that does not exist yet. Sometimes it is a standing relationship where you bring me the next stuck problem as it comes up. The four pillars below cover how the work actually happens, so you can tell me which one you need and we start there.

Four ways to work together

The audit

A working session on your existing system: testing data, standards, scoring, reporting. You leave knowing what holds up and what does not.

Scoping

You are about to build something and need the architecture decided first. Test selection, scoring design, data infrastructure, reporting.

Helping

Ongoing or one off help with a specific problem: a stalled program, a messy dataset, a stuck build. Bring me the next thing as it comes up.

Custom build layout

A full plan for what to build, in what order, with what tools, including assisted builds, that your own people or tools execute.

This fits you if you are

  • A facility owner running your own testing and training floor
  • A high school or college staff standing up or rebuilding an assessment system
  • A performance director deciding what gets measured across a whole program
  • Building a product on athlete data and need someone who has actually run the floor it comes from
$150 / hour

One rate, no packages, no fine print. If the problem is worth solving, the hour pays for itself, and I would rather spend it with you than write you a proposal.
